Account Renewal

If your site is hosted with us, you can renew your account and keep your website running for an additional year for only $75.00.

Price includes renewal of your domain name for one year and another year of hosting service. Renewal of additional domain names and any changes to existing website are extra.

Dynamic Websites

Static websites are pages such as yourpage.html and cannot change unless the website designers manually edit the pages and upload them to the hosting server.

However, dynamic websites can be user interactive and content (text, images, form fields, shopping carts, etc.) on a web page can change, in response to different contexts or conditions.

We can design full, rich, professional dynamic websites tailored to your needs. We do not have any set price for developing dynamic websites, since every business has unique needs, but our pricing starts at $350.00.

Basic Flash Design

We will create unique flash applications for your site if you need the development of items such as site intros, banners or photo galleries. Pricing starts at $50.00 and increases with the complexity of the flash project.

We can also create totally flash websites with pricing on a per project basis.

Additional Domain Names

We can purchase available domain names and set them to redirect to your website for only $25.00 each per year

For example, the business of Sam's Shirts might use the domain name samsshirts.com.
But, Sam might want to use samshirts.com, sams_shirts.com and samshirts.net and possibly even shirts.com.

This way, if someone accidentally spells samsshirts.com with one "s" in the middle instead of two, or even a .net instead of .com they will still be taken to Sam's website.

Here at KY Moonlight, we use the domain name kymoonlight.com. However, we also own the domain name kentuckymoonlight.com which is set to automatically redirect to kymoonlight.com.

Website Scripts and Forms

If you don't need a dynamic website but would like to include guestbooks, contact forms, feedback, image galleries, image rotaters, message boards or other scripts or forms we can add these to your site.

A basic contact form is included for FREE in the creation of an additional "Contact Us" page at the standard additional pages pricing.

Other scripts and forms start at $20.00 each and increase with the complexity of the forms or scripts.

Additional Photos

If at any time you need additional photos (for any reason) or need to change any photos already on your website we can do the photography for you.

Pricing starts at $5.00 for each used photo or on a per project basis.

Additional Graphics

If at any time you need additional graphics (for any reason) or need to change any graphics already on your website we can create them for you.

Pricing starts at $5.00 and increases with the complexity of the project.

Business Logo Design

Big or small, every business needs a logo.

A proper business logo helps to project a professional image and lend credibility to your business.

You want your business to be recognized in advertising and remembered by your customers. Images are far more easily remembered than just words.

Additional Forwarding Email Addresses

Want more than the included FREE catch-all email address included with our services?

100 Forwarding Email Addresses - $50.00

Set up to 100 forwarding email addresses (i.e. services@yourdomain.com, support@yourdomain.com", joe_smith@yourdomain.com) that can be forwarded to other email addresses. You can provide each of your employees and/or departments with their own forwarding address!

One time set-up fee of $50.00 and you never have to pay again for the life of your account!

Real Email Addresses

Want more than the included FREE catch-all email address included with our services?

100 Real Email Addresses - $50.00

Set up to 100 POP3 real email accounts that can send and receive email through your domain! This allows you to send and receive email using a web based email program or popular email clients like Microsoft Outlook, Windows Mail and more. Receive email at whatever@yourdomain.com and email sent will come from you@yourdomain.com.

Price is $50.00 annually.

Website Maintenance

For the entire time that your site remains hosted with us, we will FOR FREE:

• Periodically perform maintenance checks for such things as broken links or lost files and graphics.
• Perform simple needed changes to your site such as changing contact information or price lists.

However, if your site needs more extensive maintenance or changes, we can do that, too.

Occasional changes and updates can be made for as little as $10.00 or we are available for continued site maintenance on an individually priced basis.

Website Promotion

One of keys to having a successful website is promotion. However, getting your site link out there where it can be found isn't easy.

In addition to our free search engine submission that is provided with every website we design, we can perform extensive website submissions and promotions for you.

Pricing starts at $25.00 and can be charged on a per project basis or as a continuous service fee.

Internet Advertising

Online advertising is one of the most cost effective means of advertising.

You can advertise your website and business on other websites for very reasonable rates.

We can help you do this by creating advertising banners and graphics, contacting relevant websites and purchasing advertising space for you.

Whatever assistance you need in this area, we are here to help.

Pricing starts at $40.00 and can be charged on a per project basis or as a continuous service fee.
